Our story
Corja comes from ten years of fashion experienced from the other side: on the runway, in front of the seamstresses, inside the ateliers of the houses I wore as a model. That's where I learned to recognize what makes a garment truly beautiful — not the current trend, but the cut that lasts, the fabric that drapes as it should, the seam that doesn't give way after the first wash.
But the truth is, it all started earlier. It started by watching my mother.
A teacher. An elegant woman, always impeccable. I watched her every morning getting dressed for school — a suit, a few accessories, that natural grace that cannot be bought. With little, she was always the most beautiful in the room. She never taught me in words. She showed me every day. It is she who passed on this passion for fashion to me, with taste and dedication. And this brand is dedicated to her.
In these ten years, I also saw something else, and it led me here. For too many women, a suit is still a uniform: a garment to be worn out of duty, to "look serious," to fit into a context. I wanted the opposite. I wanted a brand that would make every woman who wears it feel more beautiful, more unique, and stronger — without asking her to choose which of these three to be.
Corja is the suit you truly live in. You put it on in the morning and step out with an extra boost of confidence. You wear it from university to the office, from the office to an aperitif, from a tough day to an evening when you just want to be your best self.
Every garment is born in Puglia. I chose it because it is one of the regions where Italian tailoring is still a craft made by skilled hands, in small workshops, with proper timing. It's not the fastest way to produce. It's the way I believe in. I want garments that last for years, not just a season.
Adelina, Milena, Nasti, Elena, Mila — the names on the designs are not codes. They are women. Like you.
Made in Italy. Made with love. Dedicated to my mother. 🖤
